Gespenst (ゲシュペンスト Geshupensuto?) (German for "Ghost") is the Mars Kingdom Parliament Army's airborne brigade.
Plot[]
A month before the Tenth Zenith of Things Tournament, Gespenst was one of the Mars Kingdom Parliament Army units that participated in Operation Hagel, a joint military operation to recover Olympus Spaceport from the Neo-Third Reich Division. They were unable to accomplish their mission of rescuing hostages from the Sierra Dome, resulting in 1,000 casualties.
Gespenst later got mixed up in fighting their temporary allies during the operation, the Mars Front der Befreien's K Truppe. They were consequently unable to support the Venus Foreign Legion's Squad Q, which resulted in Zazie's Alpha Team being sent instead, setting the stage for their encounter with Frau X.
