Hojōjutsu (捕縄術,Hojōjutsu?) is the traditional Japanesemartial art of restraining a person using cord or rope. It was practiced by the hunter-warriorSkull, who used hooked ropes. Although Skull made an early appearance in Battle Angel Alita,[1] his name and fighting style were not revealed until the Supersonic Fingers side story.
