Lillian Olsen is a translator who has worked for Viz Media on a freelance basis since she was a student at Cornell University.[1] She has also done translation work for Viz's Shonen Jump
Work on Battle Angel Alita[]
Olsen has been translating Last Order since its release by Viz beginning in 2003. Olsen has been the sole translator for the entire series with the exception of Angel of Protest, on which David Ury was also credited as a translator. She was not involved with the first printing of Battle Angel Alita, but worked on the reprinting as a translation assistant.
