Summary[]
While the arena continues getting repairs and retrofitted for the upcoming match, Pissarro Créer de Vivre overlooks several tiny rat headed servants cleaning the Venusian viewing platform and calls out to Homme du Feu; while sitting inside his cage, the latter asks how much time he has left but Pissarro brushes it aside and promises that his code can be rewritten to add more life to it. Pissaro then opens a bulb nearby that contains one of Homme's former tutors, Olympe. Shocked to see her alive again, Homme recalls his years of training and conflicting feelings towards Olympe as despite showing him kindness and Homme developing feelings of love and admiration, her nature of being a cyborg was kept hidden from him and was discovered when Homme's werewolf like instincts led to him tearing her apart one day; he paces around his cell, growling as Pissaro laughs.
Olympe apologizes for not revealing her true nature before and Homme continues to wonder if this is also a lie. Pissaro continues to chuckle and claims that it took some time to repair Olympe, but her ownership will be given to Homme if he wins the next round for the Venusian seeded team. Homme swears that he will do whatever needed but instead of claiming her, makes a request that Pissaro allows Olympe to go free if he manages to succeed.
