Tiphares University, known in Japan as Zalem University (ザレム大学,Zaremu Daigaku?) is an institution of higher education on Tiphares. Desty Nova was a member of its faculty when he discovered the existence of the brain bio-chips and fled Tiphares in ES 561.[1] This led to him giving himself the title of Professor.[2]
